These Terms of Use apply to your use of the NadaNiq application (“the App”), developed and provided by Greve Digital Labs.

By downloading or using NadaNiq, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before using the App.

1. AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND GREVE DIGITAL LABS
NadaNiq is provided by Greve Digital Labs.
These Terms of Use constitute an agreement between you as the user and Greve Digital Labs.
Apple Inc. is not a party to this agreement and has no responsibility for the App, its content, or the services provided through NadaNiq.
However, Apple may enforce these Terms of Use as a third-party beneficiary where required under Apple’s own terms and conditions.
If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you should not use the App.

2. WHAT NADANIQ IS
NadaNiq is a digital support tool designed to help adult nicotine users:

• understand their nicotine usage

• gradually reduce nicotine consumption

• identify patterns related to nicotine cravings

• follow their personal progress over time

• gain motivation through insights and progress tracking
   

The App is designed as a support tool for people who want to reduce or quit nicotine use.
NadaNiq is not a replacement for:

• healthcare professionals

• medical treatment

• medication

• professional advice
   

3. NOT MEDICAL TREATMENT OR MEDICAL DEVICE
NadaNiq is not a medical treatment and does not provide medical diagnoses.
The App:

• does not diagnose diseases

• does not medically treat nicotine dependence

• does not replace doctors, psychologists, pharmacists, or other healthcare professionals

• does not provide individual medical recommendations

If you have questions regarding your health, withdrawal symptoms, medication, or nicotine dependence, you should consult qualified healthcare professionals.
If you experience serious symptoms, including severe chest pain, breathing difficulties, serious psychological reactions, or other acute symptoms, you should seek medical assistance.

4. CALCULATIONS, ESTIMATES AND HEALTH INSIGHTS
NadaNiq may calculate estimates based on information you enter yourself.
This may include:

• estimated nicotine levels over time

• expected development during reduction

• usage patterns

• statistics and comparisons

• general health milestones related to nicotine reduction or cessation
   

These calculations are based on published models and available research but are always estimates.
NadaNiq does not measure nicotine levels in your body.
No smartphone or application can directly measure your blood nicotine level through normal use.
Results shown in the App may therefore differ from your actual physiological situation.
Health milestones displayed in the App describe what typically happens for many people after reducing or stopping nicotine use. They are not a guarantee of what will happen for you personally.

5. APPLE HEALTH AND HEALTH DATA
If you choose to connect NadaNiq with Apple Health, the App may access certain health data that you explicitly allow.
This may include:

• resting heart rate

• sleep data

These data are only used to display information and trends within your own app experience.
NadaNiq:

• does not diagnose based on this data

• does not use this data for medical treatment

• does not share health data with others

• does not sell health data

You can change or withdraw permissions at any time through Apple Health settings.

6. AGE REQUIREMENT AND USERS
NadaNiq is developed for adults who use nicotine.
You must be: 18 years or older to use the App.
The App is not designed or marketed for children.
By using NadaNiq, you confirm that you meet the applicable age requirement in your country.
If local regulations require a higher age limit for nicotine-related services, that higher age requirement applies.

7. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PURCHASES
NadaNiq offers certain features through paid Pro access.
Payments and purchase processing are handled by Apple through the App Store.
Prices and available subscription options are displayed in the App and are determined by Apple based on your country and currency associated with your Apple Account.

If you purchase a subscription, it will automatically renew unless automatic renewal is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through:
Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions
NadaNiq cannot cancel subscriptions on your behalf.

If you start a free trial, any remaining trial period may be forfeited if you purchase a subscription before the trial ends, according to Apple’s rules.
A lifetime purchase is a one-time payment and does not automatically renew.
All refund requests are handled by Apple according to Apple’s own policies. Greve Digital Labs cannot issue direct refunds for purchases made through the App Store.

7.1 FREE FEATURES AND PRO ACCESS

NadaNiq may include both free features and paid features.
 

Free features may include:

• recording nicotine usage

• personal overview

• basic goals

• simple progress tracking
   

Paid features (“Pro”) may include:

• advanced analysis

• calculated insights

• extended features

• future premium features

Available features may change over time.
 

Greve Digital Labs may develop, improve, modify, or update the App’s functionality in order to continue improving the service.
 

8. PAYMENT, SUBSCRIPTIONS AND BILLING

Payments for NadaNiq are processed through the Apple App Store.

Greve Digital Labs does not receive or store your payment card information.

Prices displayed in the App are determined by Apple for your country and shown in your local currency.

If you purchase a subscription:

• the subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled

• payment will be charged through your Apple Account

• you can manage your subscription through your Apple Account subscription settings
   

You can cancel your subscription here:

Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions

NadaNiq cannot cancel subscriptions on your behalf.
 

9. FREE TRIALS, SUBSCRIPTIONS AND LIFETIME PURCHASES

NadaNiq may offer different purchase options through the Apple App Store.

These may include:

• monthly subscriptions

• yearly subscriptions

• one-time lifetime access purchases
   

All prices, currencies, and available purchase options are displayed in the App and determined by Apple for your country.

If you start a free trial:

• the trial period is managed by Apple

• Apple may prevent a new trial if you have previously used a similar trial offer

• if you purchase a subscription before the trial period ends, any remaining trial period may end according to Apple’s rules
   

For subscriptions:

• subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period

• your Apple Account will normally be charged within 24 hours before the next subscription period begins

• you can stop future payments at any time through Apple subscription settings

A lifetime purchase is a one-time payment and does not automatically renew.
 

10. REFUNDS AND PURCHASE ISSUES

All purchases made through NadaNiq are processed by Apple.

Any refund requests are handled by Apple according to Apple’s own policies and procedures.

Greve Digital Labs cannot directly refund purchases because payments are processed through the Apple App Store.

We will assist where possible, but refund decisions are made by Apple.
 

11. YOUR DATA AND PRIVACY

Information about how NadaNiq processes personal data is described in our: Privacy Policy
 

NadaNiq is designed with a focus on keeping as much information as possible processed locally on your own device.

You maintain control over your own data.
 

You may:

• export information you have entered

• delete information

• disable optional features

• withdraw permissions
   

You are responsible for protecting your device, including:

• your device passcode

• your Apple Account

• any backups associated with your account
   

12. ICLOUD AND BACKUPS

If you enable iCloud backup in NadaNiq, the backup is stored in your own iCloud account with Apple.

Greve Digital Labs:

• does not have access to your iCloud account

• cannot read your iCloud backup

• does not store this information on its own servers
   

iCloud features are provided by Apple and are subject to Apple’s own terms and privacy policies.

You are responsible for managing your Apple Account and backups.
 

13. USE OF LANGUAGE MODELS AND AI FEATURES

NadaNiq may offer optional AI-based features that help provide insights based on information already processed by the App.

Such features:

• are optional

• may be disabled by default unless otherwise stated

• are only used when you choose to activate them

AI features must not be used as medical advice.

Responses generated by artificial intelligence may contain errors or inaccuracies and should be considered general information only.

AI features do not replace professional healthcare assessments.
 

14. ACCEPTABLE USE OF THE APP

You agree that you will not:

• use the App for unlawful purposes

• attempt to bypass payment or licensing restrictions

• manipulate the App or service

• attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems

• copy, modify, or distribute App content without permission

Greve Digital Labs may restrict access if the App is used in violation of these Terms of Use or applicable laws.
 

15. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All rights related to NadaNiq, including:

• software

• design

• graphics

• trademarks

• text

• features

• content

belong to Greve Digital Labs or its licensors.
 

You receive a limited, personal, and non-transferable right to use the App according to these Terms of Use.

You may not:

• resell the App

• copy App functionality

• use App content commercially

• attempt to extract source code

without written permission from Greve Digital Labs.
 

16. AVAILABILITY AND CHANGES TO THE SERVICE

Greve Digital Labs continuously works to improve NadaNiq.
 

We may:

• update features

• change the user interface

• remove or add functionality

• improve security and performance
   

We aim to keep the App available but cannot guarantee that the service will always be free from errors or interruptions.

Temporary interruptions may occur due to:

• technical maintenance

• updates

• failures from third-party providers

• circumstances outside our control
   

17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

NadaNiq is provided as a digital support tool.
 

Greve Digital Labs does not guarantee that:

• the App will always function without errors

• calculations will always match your individual physiology

• use of the App will result in quitting nicotine

• health changes will occur in the same way for all users
   

Greve Digital Labs is not responsible for:

• indirect losses

• financial losses

• health consequences resulting from decisions based solely on information in the App
   

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.
